Parking is on the north side of the building. We are located in the farthest north suite, down the interior hallway of Wing A in Suite 140. Click here to view a map on how to find the center.

Our center is located in Professional Office Building #1, north of the main hospital building. FREE valet parking is available at the front of the building. Please allow an additional 5 minutes to your arrival time to allow for valet. Otherwise, parking is limited.

We are located at the corner of Dobson and Frye, in the same building as Valley ENT. You can find our center across from Dignity Hospital Campus.
