We relocated on March 18, 2024 to the Plaza St. David’s Professional Building. Park in Garage 3 off I-35. Take the garage elevator to Level 1, turn right to locate the Plaza elevator and go to the 3rd floor to suite 308. Parking will be validated.

We are located in the office building inside Texas Health-Harris Methodist Hospital Southlake, however, our entrance faces Southlake Blvd so be sure to enter through the ‘Medical Offices Entrance.’

We relocated to 5495 South 500 East, Suite 110 in July 2024. Please park in the Women’s and Children’s Center parking lot, located in the back of the hospital. Enter through the Women’s and Children’s covered archway and the center will be slightly to the right.

Center is located inside the Women's Pavilion. Please take the main door and our center is on the left-hand side of the first floor. Free valet is available from 8:30am - 4:30pm.

The center is in the Medical Office Building on the campus of HCA Houston Healthcare Pearland on the corner of Hwy 288 South and Shadow Creek Parkway. Free surface parking is available directly in front of the main entrance of the building and to the south of the building.

Exit I-95 West on West Atlantic Avenue, go 2.5 miles and turn right onto South Military Trail. From the Florida Turnpike, exit Atlantic Avenue, turn left and travel west 3.2 miles and turn left onto South Military Trail. The destination is in the shopping plaza on your right.

Our center is located directly behind the Medical Center in the multi-level medical office building on the second floor. Crossroads are Spencer Highway, Vista Road, Waters, and Burke Road.
