Enter at the main entrance to Medical Center, next to the Emergency Room. Pass the registration desk and turn left at the first hallway.

Turn at 1000 E and enter Medical Plaza (posted on building) parking. Center is located on first floor of Medical Plaza, Suite 150.

Located in the shopping center on Chemin Metairie Road across from Rouse’s Market. The center is next to Granger Eye Studio in the building behind Verizon and Twin’s Burgers and Sweets. Parking is available in front of the center.

If you are coming from I-15, take exit 500 South, head East approximately 3 miles. Turn left (North) onto Orchard. Turn right at Medical Drive. Our center is located in the Lakeview Medical Arts Building. Take the elevator to the 3rd floor, suite 350.

We relocated to 5495 South 500 East, Suite 110 in July 2024. Please park in the Women’s and Children’s Center parking lot, located in the back of the hospital. Enter through the Women’s and Children’s covered archway and the center will be slightly to the right.
