Solis Mammography Expands its Commitment to Women’s Health in Houston Metro Area.

ADDISON, TX, December 3, 2025 – Solis Mammography, the nation’s largest independent provider of specialized breast health services, in partnership with HCA Houston Healthcare, has announced the opening of its newest location in Alvin, Texas. The new center marks Solis Mammography’s 27th center in the greater Houston metropolitan area.

The new center offers the latest in innovative technology, including the integration of AI software with 3D mammography for greater accuracy and earlier-stage cancer detection. Alvin patients will experience a more comfortable mammogram with SmartCurve, a signature curved paddle designed to match the shape of a woman's breast and which lessens the force of compression while maximizing comfort.

In addition, patients can opt in to Mammo+Heart at the time of their appointment to gain insight into their heart health alongside their screening mammogram. Mammo+Heart uses AI to detect breast arterial calcification, which has been linked to an increased risk for cardiovascular disease in women.
