Solis Mammography earns Great Place to Work Certification

great places to work certification badgeADDISON, TX (Sept. 14, 2022) – Solis Mammography, the nation’s largest independent provider of breast screening and diagnostic services, has earned Great Place to Work Certification, the most definitive “employer-of-choice” recognition that companies aspire to achieve. 

Certification is based on employee survey responses independently analyzed by Great Place to Work, the global authority for identifying companies with high-trust workplace cultures. Every year, more than 10,000 companies across 60 countries apply to get Great Place to Work-Certified. It is the only recognition based entirely on what employees report about their workplace experience.

This year, 84% of employees at the Solis Mammography family of companies – which includes Washington Radiology and Progressive Radiology in the Washington, D.C., area and Miami Breast Institute in South Florida – said they feel they make a difference at work. Also, the majority of employees said patients would rate the service Solis Mammography provides as “excellent.”

Recently, the company established a fund to provide donations to team members who have had financial emergencies. Team members across the organization opt in to contribute to the fund through payroll deductions. Any team member can request assistance. The fund has provided about $35,000 in financial support to employees in need.
