Lisa Ashby is the Chief Executive Officer of Solis Mammography. A seasoned executive with over 30 years of healthcare experience, Lisa leads the company’s strategic evolution into a comprehensive, world-class women’s diagnostic health platform, focused on operational excellence and mission-driven patient care.

Prior to joining Solis, Lisa served as CEO of Carestream Dental, a global leader in dental technology and software. In this role, she successfully led the company through a complex carve-out and restructuring, including a high-premium divestiture of its scanning business in 2022 and a significant recapitalization in 2024. Her leadership was defined by a transition toward advanced clinical imaging modalities, AI-driven software and SaaS solutions, scaling the business to meet the demands of a digital-first healthcare market.

Before her tenure at Carestream Dental, Lisa spent 25 years in senior leadership at Cardinal Health, a $100 billion healthcare products and services provider. As President of Medical Devices and Diagnostics, she managed a $3 billion global portfolio encompassing six distinct companies. Her tenure at Cardinal Health was marked by increasing responsibilities across sales, marketing, clinical services, supply chain, and logistics, as well as a seat on the company’s operating committee.

Lisa's career is distinguished by her ability to align high-level strategy with rigorous execution in complex global environments coupled with mission driven growth strategies. She is a recognized advocate for clinical innovation and women’s health and has served on the boards of industry organizations such as AdvaMedDx and BioOhio, as well as multiple non-profit boards.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Public Policy, Computer Science, and Psychology from Duke University, where she participated in the Senior Honors Program with a thesis focused on information technology and artificial intelligence.
