How long does a mammogram appointment take?

Most appointments only take 30 minutes. The mammogram procedure generally takes less than 10 minutes, with each breast getting compressed twice. Many women schedule their mammograms during their lunch break or in between other activities. A screening mammogram is an annual exam to screen for breast cancer in women without symptoms.

Mammo+Heart

Mammo+Heart is an AI screening tool for asymptomatic women between the ages of 40 and 89. It is intended to detect the presence or absence of breast arterial calcification in parallel with breast screening mammography.
