What's new for you, available November 9:
- Easy Online Scheduling: Book your screening appointments 24/7 at SolisMammo.com – no phone call needed. To book before November 9, call (865) 584-0291.
- Patient Portal Access: You can manage key parts of your care in one convenient place – from viewing results and appointment details to accessing prep instructions and requesting records.
- Faster Results: Screening results will be emailed to you and available on your patient portal within 2 business days – a significant improvement in wait time that we are proud to offer.
Important changes to note, starting November 9:
- Bill Pay: Our current online bill-pay tool will become inactive. If you have questions about a bill, call the number on your statement.
- Appointment Reminders: You'll receive multiple appointment reminders via email and SMS leading up to your scheduled visit, plus many of the forms that can be filled out ahead of time.
- Registration: You'll be able to register online through our new scheduling platform, or in person during your visit, just as before.
