Nishka Kumar is the Vice President of Finance. Nishka brings more than 16+ years of experience across Finance, Operations, and Strategy, with a proven track record of leading transformation and driving enterprise value in complex, growth-oriented environments.

She has broad cross-industry expertise spanning Healthcare, Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), and Retail. Throughout her career, Nishka has led large-scale finance transformation initiatives at organizations including Walgreens, Walmart Health & Wellness, and OptumRx. Her work has focused on modernizing financial planning and analysis, optimizing operating models, improving cost structures, and strengthening strategic decision-making capabilities to enable sustainable growth.

In addition to transformation leadership, Nishka brings meaningful experience in mergers and acquisitions, supporting due diligence, integration planning, synergy realization, and post-close value capture. She also has deep expertise in 340B program strategy and financial oversight, partnering across compliance, pharmacy operations, and executive leadership to maximize program effectiveness while maintaining regulatory integrity.

Nishka holds an undergraduate degree in Finance and Economics from John Carroll University and earned her MBA from New York University. She is known for combining strong analytical rigor with a collaborative leadership style and a passion for building and mentoring high-performing teams.
