Vice President of Marketing
As Vice President of Marketing, Connie is responsible for advancing Solis’ message to consumers and referring physicians, as well as all aspects of marketing and client relations, including branding, advertising, public relations, and social media efforts. Additionally, she supports Solis through strategic market planning and execution of campaigns designed to further growth.
Prior to joining Solis, Connie served as Vice President of Corporate Communications for Centex Construction Group, later acquired to become Balfour Beatty Construction Services U.S. in Dallas, Texas. In this role, she directed all internal and external communications, rebranding campaigns, customer and employee engagement, social media efforts, and more. In her 17 years with the business, she supported its growth from $1.4 billion to $4.0 billion in annual revenue. In addition, her strategic leadership and implementation of programs designed to engage and inspire a corporate culture led to the company’s listing on the FORTUNE 100 Best Places to Work list four years in a row.
Connie graduated Magna Cum Laude with a B.S. in Finance and Business Management from the University of Maryland at College Park. She has received numerous industry awards for excellence in marketing, including two Hermes Platinum Awards, a MarCom Gold Award, and The Communicator Crystal Award.
