Our Compliance Team achieves these objectives by reviewing state, federal & payor regulations to ensure Solis policies are up to date. Compliance training is conducted within 30 days of employment and is required by all employees and physicians annually. Regular audits are performed by our internal Compliance Committee and by external firms to identify risks as soon as possible.
As part of our commitment to quality healthcare delivery, Solis Mammography does not employ, contract, or do business with any person or entity ineligible to participate in government healthcare programs. Solis Mammography routinely reviews the Office of Inspector General Exclusions Database to identify excluded individuals and entities.
