Dr. Forte holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff. A 1991 graduate from the University of North Carolina School of Medicine, she completed her residency at University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas.

Following her residency, Dr. Forte served a Women’s Imaging fellowship at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center at Dallas.
