Megan comes to us from Hologic after achieving dynamic growth as a member of the Surgical Division’s executive team; first as an Area Business Director and then Senior Director of Commercial Marketing. During her time there, she was instrumental in significant cultural changes; infusing her sales and marketing teams with vibrant energy, an insatiable hunger to win, and ownership of business objectives.

Beginning with Merck Pharmaceutical nearly 18 years ago, Megan has become an extremely capable veteran of the medical industry. Her experiences across the industry, including organizations like Zimmer, Stryker, and Medtronic, have all been valuable and diverse learning opportunities. In these environments, Megan was not only able to achieve tactical sales objectives year over year, but also learned the value of creating positive, energetic work environments that are talent-based and team-focused; teams that have a clear vision and strategy for success well into the future.
