Michael Bennett, Chief Development Officer
As Chief Development Officer, Michael assumes responsibility for driving the company’s national expansion efforts through acquisitions, de novo centers and hospital joint ventures. Michael is an accomplished business development strategist with extensive experience in strategic account management for firms in the healthcare industry.
Most recently, he served as business development officer for Invivo, a wholly owned subsidiary of Philips Healthcare. Michael graduated from Texas Tech University with a B.A. in business management. He has received numerous professional awards, including the 2014 Account Manager of the Year and the 2013 Presidents Award for overall revenue production.
Kapil Jatindarya, VP of Mergers & Acquisitions
As Vice President of Mergers & Acquisitions, Kapil is responsible for leading the execution of M&A transactions with hospital partners as well as with individual physician practice owners. He works cross functionally to manage client relationships, legal and valuation processes, and assists the team through closing deals.
Kapil has over 15 years of experience, with his past 10 years focused on M&A process and execution through his tenure in investment banking at UBS and Houlihan Lokey. Kapil has led successful M&A transaction sourcing and execution for companies of various sizes and industries. Kapil earned his MBA from Cornell University and obtained his Masters in Science from The University of Texas.
Elizabeth Prom, VP of Business Development
Elizabeth is responsible for driving new business growth through acquisitions, new centers, and hospital joint ventures for the western region of the US.
Prior to joining Solis, Elizabeth led the provider sales organization at IBM Watson Health for the Western United States. Elizabeth is a strategic commercial leader who consistently exceeds her growth targets and has established a strong track record of success working with large health systems across the country. Over the course of her 17-year career in healthcare, Elizabeth has been recognized for her strong sales leadership as well as earning several individual top performer awards at IBM, Philips, and GE.
Elizabeth earned her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Notre Dame and her MBA from Case Western Reserve University.
K.J. Rhodes, VP of Business Development
K.J. Rhodes serves as Vice President of Business Development for Eastern Markets of the US, responsible for new business growth through acquisitions, new centers, and hospital joint ventures. Prior to joining Solis, K.J. led the strategic accounts team at Invivo Corporation within the United States. He is an experienced and dynamic commercial leader who consistently exceeds his growth targets and has established a strong track record of success working with large health systems across the country.
Over the course of his 18-year career in healthcare, K.J. has been recognized for his strong sales leadership forging meaningful relationships with large clients as well as earning several individual top performer awards at Invivo and Philips.
