Vice President of Operations, Northeast & Midwest
Solis Mammography announces appointment of Diana Shi, an accomplished healthcare services executive, as Vice President of Operations. In her new role she will be responsible for market growth, development and strategic operations of Solis’ Midwest and Northeast regions. Prior to joining Solis, Diana was Regional Vice President of Operations at United Healthcare subsidiary Surgical Care Affiliates.
Diana was also previously an investment professional at Quaker Partners, a $700 mm AUM life science venture capital firm in Philadelphia, PA, and International AIDS Vaccine Initiative, a global not-for-profit, public-private partnership working to accelerate the development of vaccines to prevent HIV infection and AIDS. She began her career with Citi in the Global Health Care Investment Banking division, where she spent several years advising medical device companies on M&A transactions, initial public offerings and general corporate finance opportunities.
Diana grew up in Hawaii and earned her Bachelor of Science in Finance and International Business Management with Honors from Babson College. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and two small children in Fort Washington, PA.
